We believe worship is far more than music—it is the church’s response to God’s self-revelation. Our desire is to help churches cultivate worship that is rooted in Scripture, centered on Christ, and shaped by the truth of the gospel. Whether leading a congregation, training worship teams, or teaching future leaders, our goal is to help God’s people see Him more clearly so they may respond with wholehearted worship.
Our Philosophy
True worship begins with God—His character, His works, and His redeeming grace through Christ. Because worship is formed by God’s Word, every element of a worship gathering should intentionally point the church toward Him. We believe worship should not seek to create emotional experiences for their own sake, but should faithfully proclaim biblical truth that transforms hearts and prepares God’s people to receive His Word.

About Us
Matthew and Lina Cole are a husband-and-wife worship leadership team with a shared passion for helping churches cultivate meaningful, Christ-centered worship. Together they have served in local churches, worship camps, and ministry settings, leading congregations, mentoring worship teams, and writing music for the local church.
Matthew holds a Master of Music in Conducting, and Lina holds a Master of Music in Worship Leadership, both from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Together they desire to serve the Church by equipping worship leaders and encouraging believers to grow in biblical worship.
